Join a global media organisation that owns and operates some of the most iconic brands in publishing, radio, and digital content.


They’re now hiring a Customer Data Analyst to join their Audio Division, helping to drive audience insight and shape smarter decisions across marketing, competitions, and content strategy.


🔍 What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse audience behaviour across platforms to identify trends, preferences, and engagement drivers
  • Work on exciting projects like audience segmentation, competition targeting, and campaign performance
  • Help inform strategies to grow listener bases and improve digital reach
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impactful insights
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate new initiatives
  • Communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical teams


🛠️ What you’ll need:

  • Solid experience in SQL for querying and analysis
  • Strong understanding of customer or product analytics
  • Exposure to A/B testing or working in a test-and-learn environment
  • Strong data storytelling skills – you can turn numbers into narratives
  • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in media, digital, or even gambling industries is a nice bonus
