Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Care Representative located in Union City, NJ. The Customer Care Representative will be part of our Repair Department team. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about repair services, shipping/receiving, invoicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is truly a team effort - everyone in the department works together and wears many hats with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the jewelry industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
