We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, claims, and dispute resolution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Manage and resolve customer complaints, claims, and disputes in a timely and courteous manner
Review and assist in preparing responses to credit card chargebacks and regulatory complaints
Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customers while maintaining a high level of service
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in customer service and phone support
Strong background in claims and/or dispute resolution is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent
Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in typing and using computer systems and software
Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a dynamic environment
Must be comfortable using Zoom with both video and voice enabled throughout the shift
