Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, claims, and dispute resolution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, claims, and disputes in a timely and courteous manner
  • Review and assist in preparing responses to credit card chargebacks and regulatory complaints
  • Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customers while maintaining a high level of service
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in customer service and phone support
  • Strong background in claims and/or dispute resolution is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in typing and using computer systems and software
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Must be comfortable using Zoom with both video and voice enabled throughout the shift
