Customer Care Representative - Your future position?
As the
Customer Care Representative , you will be responsible in processing sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates, adhering to Customer Care guidelines. You will also serve as the liaison between customers, operations, and the sales team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Depending on your current location, you will be located in Pasig, Manila or Woodlands, Singapore reporting to the ASEAN Demand Manager.

- Manage the sales order process from receipt to shipment for assigned customers, ensuring adherence to Customer Care guidelines.
- Support customers in meeting order requirements and communicate with relevant teams daily.
- Prioritize orders based on client schedules and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Confirm pricing and inventory availability, and prepare necessary documentation such as invoices and returns.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide support for other team members' accounts as needed.
- Effectively diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues with customers.
- Identify and implement improvements in customer care.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in order management and direct customer-facing experience.
- Basic inventory management knowledge; familiarity with SAP or order entry systems is good-to-have.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of effectively managing pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Great enthusiasm for learning and adaptability.
- Ability to showcase independence and good organizational skills.
- Fluency in Tagalog is advantageous, but not mandatory.
