Customer Care Assistant / Officer – Mega Store

About the Role:

The position holder will contribute to achieving sales targets, assist the manager in maintaining high store administrative standards, and deliver customer delight through superior customer service.

Job Profile:

• Build a strong customer base & consistently achieve sales targets.
• Attract and retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service.
• Assist the store manager to maintain high standards of store administration.
• Assist customers in choosing the best product according to their needs.

Personal Profile:

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Levels.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the consumer durable retailing industry.
• Passionate about sales and customer care.
• Effective communication skills and strong IT skills.
• Flexible to work on a roster basis.
• Strong extra-curricular activity record.
