Shift Timings: 6 PM to 10 AM (Night Shifts)

Off Days: 2 Rotational Week-Offs

Salary Package: In Beetween 3.5 LPA To 5 lPA

Salary between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA CTC

i) 0 to 6 months of experience upto- 3.5lpa

During training 24,045 and post training 26,962

ii) 12 to 18 months of international voice experience upto- *4.5LPA CTC

During training 30,915 and post training 34,665*

ii) Above 18 months of international voice experience upto *5 LPA CTC

During training 34,350 and post training 38,517*

Salary will be discussed by us post validation of Salary slips

MAXIMUM GAP WOULD BE CONSIDERED UP TO 12 MONTHS

Interview Process:

HR Round: Initial screening and discussion of the role and benefits.

VNA (Voice & Non-Voice Assessment): Testing your communication skills and situational responses.

Ops Interview: Assessing your process knowledge and ability to handle calls.
