This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Account Representative located in Sonoma, CA. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer correspondence, updating account information, and assisting with sales and support. The role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a busy office environment.
This job is 18-24 hours per week.
Requirements
Experience in a sales or customer care position
Knowledge and abilities using Intuit QuickBooks and MS Excel is helpful
Type 60+ words a minute and know 10-key by touch
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to set goals and manage your own time
Beading and/or crafting background is ideal
Social media knowledge is a plus
Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
