Hey there! Stapleton's (Tyre Services) is searching for a fantastic Customer Account Manager to join our friendly team. Imagine dialling in on calls, boosting sales, and managing key accounts—from our Wakefield spot.

This position is £30,000 - £35,000 OTE per annum.

The role is based upon 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday, plus one in three Saturday AM's on a rotational basis. Following a successful training and induction the role will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per week based onsite at our offices in Wakefield.

The Day to Day

• Navigating calls with finesse and boosting sales
• Building genuine relationships with key accounts
• Meeting monthly targets and owning credit control
• Handling customer social media needs

• Sales savvy, stellar communication, and well organised.
• A pro at handling challenging conversations to turn them into opportunities.
• Motivated, strategic, and on board with a hybrid setup.
• Bonus if you've danced with CRM tools like Salesforce.
