Responsibilities Of The Entry-Level Customer Account Manager
Present and tailor product proposals to customers based on their unique needs
Drive sales by regularly connecting with customers and introducing relevant products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customer accounts
Retain customer accounts by providing solution-based selling and exceptional service

What We’re Looking For in an Entry-Level Customer Account Manager:
An Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
1-3 years of customer account management, sales, or client-facing experience is a plus
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and fostering relationships
High attention to detail in managing accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
