How You’ll Make a Difference
Works to manage incoming leads and create opportunities in a timely and effective way supporting domestic independent bicycle retailers and house accounts to prioritize and maximize sales for Custom Water Bottles.
Develops relationships with market leaders to track and deliver sales results that meet and exceed sales goals set forth with the team leadership
Works with customer to efficiently and thoroughly capture each order request in detail to support full order process successfully
Works with our department to constantly improve the way in which we work together to drive positive change
Works seamlessly with Graphic Team to help meet and exceed customer expectations on custom printed bottles assortment
Works in conjunction with production team to understand lead times, inventory levels, and all details required to fulfill orders on time with accuracy

Customer Service Experience of 2+ years
Sales Experience of 3+ years
Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle experience a plus

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based on the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $55,228-$91,126
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
