Custom Application Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing Application Lifecycle: Managing the entire lifecycle of applications, from development to deployment and maintenance.

2. Collaboration: Working closely with IT teams, developers, testers, and support staff to ensure applications meet organizational needs.

3. Performance and Security: Ensuring applications are functional, secure, and up-to-date with the latest security patches.

4. Integration: Conducting compatibility assessments and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

5. Supervision and Mentoring: Supervising and mentoring team members, providing guidance and coaching.

6. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with software vendors and service providers.

Secondary Responsibilities

7. Support Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

8. Support Sales and Offering

Mandatory Skills Description:

+10 years of experience on Applications Management and Development

Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in application development, maintenance, and familiarity with the latest technologies, such as:

• Project Management, using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

• DevSecOps Framework.

• Cloud Apps Migration.

• ITIL, COBIT Framework.

2. Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into layman’s terms and foster effective teamwork.

3. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for addressing issues swiftly and devising creative solutions in dynamic IT environments.
