This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Casino floor according to Company guidelines and standards.
Principle Responsibilities And Duties
Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Assign daily cleaning duties and sections to Custodians.
Inspect all areas of casino, public area, and offices to ensure cleanliness.
Inventory and order all required cleaning supplies for use by Support Services.
Carry radio and respond promptly to requests.
Perform the duties of a Custodian, as needed.
Lead by example and handle any problems that may arise.
Must be knowledgeable in the proper use of commercial cleaning chemicals, vacuums, pan broom, mopping and proper sanitization of surfaces.
Able to understand MSDS sheets and safety regulations.
Keep open lines of communication between self and department Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of Team Member information.
Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
Minimum one (1) year previous supervisory experience required or equivalent time on the job in similar position.
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
