Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Curriculum Head to lead and shape the educational experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background and a tech-savvy approach to education. They should be comfortable working with innovative tools like ChatGPT and other Learning Management Systems (LMS). 

Key Responsibilities:

Help the existing leadership team in the design, development, and implementation of the school’s curriculum across all grade levels.

Integrate technology into curriculum planning, including the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and various LMS platforms.

Provide professional development and support to teachers in the effective use of technology and innovative teaching methods (at a later stage).

Requirements:

A degree in Education or a relevant academic field.

Minimal experience in curriculum development and teaching, preferably in an international or innovative school setting.

Proficiency with digital tools, including ChatGPT, LMS platforms, and other educational technology, if any. 

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent time management skills.

A high level of trustworthiness and a commitment to confidentiality (NDA required).

Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2-3 years with the school.
