Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients with empathy via calls and text, providing prompt resolutions to queries
- Handle patient intake and schedule appointments with meticulous detail.
- Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR)
- Efficiently navigate and utilize Epic Systems to access, organize, and update patient electronic medical records, ensuring accurate and timely information management for patient care
- Verify benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and manage health insurance claims via calls and web portals
- Coordinate with pharmacies and labs to assist with prescription refills and lab orders
- Ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) while executing all tasks
What We Offer

- Starting Salary: ₡ 600,000 per month (base salary).
- Contract Type: Full-time with comprehensive benefits.
- 12 vacation days annually.
- 13 salaries per year (monthly pay plus bonuses).
- Type of work: In-office, Hybrid or Remote.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpretation or a Medical field or
- At least 2 years of Medical Interpretation or US Health Insurance experience.
- Proficiency in Epic Systems, Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom.
- Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols.
