Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8+ years as CSOD or LMS Functional Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Certified with CSOD Learning Expert Certification with continuous learning and knowledge enhancement around Cornerstone OnDemand Portfolio. * Effectively dealing with Learning Admin Console, creating, and updating various learning objects including Curriculums and Learning Assignments. * Time bound quality analysis and customer communication understanding the severity and the impact. * Engagement with LXP (Learning Experience Platform) Edcast Knowledge base and forums ensuring usage and contribution. * Possess a robust comprehensive knowledge of the Edge Import, Integration and CSOD API Explorer enabling to fully unlock the potential of the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. * Manage the organizational implementation of the learning programs, utilizing features including reporting 2.0, custom reports, course catalog, preparing materials, also having good understanding of various security roles etc. * Adherence with Cornerstone OnDemand processes by continuously involving in new releases and post deployment testing.
