You will take the lead in transforming our customer organization by means of process review, training, and testing.

Your Role (including but not limited to)

Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP Financial Implementation Consultant

• Lead configuration of the system.
• Understand client business requirements.
• Perform testing of a software application based on use case requirements, both functionality and data validation.
• Assist customers with resolving reported issues in accordance with their priorities. • Deliver required training sessions for the projects as defined in the Project Scope.
• Respond to Finance support tickets, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ticket closure.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of Infor CSI/SyteLine ERP experience
• Experience in implementation of Tier 2 ERP Systems
• Accounting designation
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Skill in planning and preparing written communications.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
