About Your New Job

• As the CSA Construction Manager, you will lead the Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages on a major data centre project in Helsinki.
• You will manage, support, and guide a high-performing CSA site team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to deliver results on a fast-paced, technical project.
• You will drive site safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring all CSA works are delivered on schedule and in line with international standards.
• You will liaise closely with the design team, procurement team, project planners, and sub-contractors to coordinate and deliver project milestones.

What Skills You Need

• Relevant Construction-related Degree or similar qualification.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing CSA construction works on large, complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage site safety and quality, and deliver against strict project schedules.
• Strong commercial awareness and technical problem-solving skills.
