Job Posting: Crusher Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain the crusher plant to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Monitor material quality and adjust crusher settings as needed.
• Ensure site cleanliness and manage stockpiles.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and conduct daily pre-shift safety checks.
   

What Are We Looking For:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Competency in operating heavy machinery and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   

Conditions of Employment:

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
   

Work Environment:

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
   

What We Offer:

• $20 to $22 per hour
