We are looking for a CRM/Mobile Consultant & Implementor to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of CRM & Mobile solutions (Entersoft SFA/VanSales)
  • Analyze needs, gather requirements, and define best practices
  • Configure and test solutions based on each client's business workflows
  • Train end users and provide post-go-live support
  • Create documentation and manuals, and manage change requests
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, presales, and technical teams
  • Play an active role in workshops, reviews, and optimization of configurations


Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Very good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server - essential)
  • Good knowledge or experience in CRM, ERP, or mobile apps (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze business needs and processes
  • Excellent command of Greek & English
  • Team spirit, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in software implementations or B2B customer support is a plus
