Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for an "CRM Campaign and Segment Management Associate" who will work under the in our Global Marketing department, within CRM team.


What will be expected of you in this role?

Regularly evaluate the performance of marketing channels, analyzing reports to optimize ongoing and future marketing effort,

Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences—including planning, setup, launch, and post-campaign analysis,

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver more efficient and impactful CRM initiatives,

Support acquisition, retention, and re-engagement goals in line with Mavi objectives,

Identifying target customer segments of Mavi based on characteristics and needs, analyze segments and develop strategies for each segment,

Coordinate projects with the IT department and third-party vendors to enhance CRM capabilities,

Support both new and existing loyalty programs by developing campaign ideas based on customer needs and behavior insights.



Why you?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in segment and campaign management, particularly in SMS, Email, or Push marketing, with hands-on experience using multichannel marketing platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

Analytical thinker with a customer-focused and creative mindset. Strong planning skills and a result-oriented approach.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
