Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Technical Architect for Marketing Automation. In this role, you will provide implementation services within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support organizational business goals, promote sustainable growth, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Create automated, integrated marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
Consult with the marketing team and organizational partners on utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for personalized communications at scale.
Translate proposed solutions into functional specifications through strong technical understanding.
Analyze business needs, gather requirements, and develop process flows in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Coach and guide team members in executing Journey setups, SMS campaigns, mobile app notifications, and data model development.
Mentor both internal and cross-functional teams.
Maintain and develop Apex classes and AMPscript coding.
Work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision in a hybrid environment across metro Atlanta.
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
At least 2 years of experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
An active Marketing Cloud Specialist certification is required.
Solid experience in Data Modeling concepts and tools.
Experience developing and maintaining email templates within Marketing Cloud, including variable content and content blocks.
Demonstrable experience with Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Familiarity with omni-channel marketing integrations such as SMS & direct mail.
Applied knowledge of Salesforce functions including Sales, Services, Marketing, and experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; capable of presenting complex concepts effectively at various levels.
Able to develop practical solutions on the Salesforce platform with strong strategic and technical thinking skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with security standards (TLS, SSL), data encryption, and HIPAA regulations is essential.
Keen understanding of data architecture/schema including relational data models.
Experience with SQL and AMPScript is preferred.
Keen knowledge of Network Protocols (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS), APIs (SMC, CRM, SOAP/REST), object-oriented programming languages such as .NET, Java, or PHP is a plus.
Highly Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama).
Keen knowledge of advanced preference center development is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean project management methodologies is advantageous.
