Summary

We're preparing to launch a brand-new sweepstakes casino and we're looking for an on-site CRM and Retention Specialist who will also lead Promotions and VIP Player Management, helping us build a player base that is loyal, engaged, and excited to be part of our journey.

Role Overview

As a key member of the launch team, you’ll take ownership of CRM, player retention strategies, promotions, and the VIP program from the ground up. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive engagement, loyalty, and maximize player lifetime value.

Responsibilities
  • CRM & Retention:
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, notifications, push).
  • Develop customer journeys and behavior-based automation to drive player engagement and reduce churn.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM campaign calendar and collaborate with design and content teams for asset creation.
  • Promotions Management:
  • Design and manage sweepstakes promotions, giveaways, and player competitions.
  • Optimize promotions based on performance metrics and player feedback.
  • Ensure all promotional activity is compliant with sweepstakes laws and regulations.
  • VIP Management:
  • Create and manage a VIP program with tailored experiences, rewards, and personalized service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players.
  • Develop bespoke offers and manage VIP communication to maximize player loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs like retention rates, churn, player LTV, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve retention efforts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in CRM, retention, promotions, or VIP management, ideally in iGaming, sweepstakes, or online entertainment.
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle management, segmentation, and loyalty strategy.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience working with a U.S. player base or knowledge of the U.S. sweepstakes model.
  • Familiarity with sweepstakes compliance regulations.
  • Prior experience building CRM and VIP programs from scratch.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
