Requirements:

  • Build, develop and expand CRM efforts across relevant channels supported by Marketing, E-Commerce, App and Data teams.
  • Formulate and optimize strategies to unlock market- and channel growth.
  • Continuously test new things to identify the best practice on behalf of the brand with data driven evaluations.
  • Deep dive into data to identify customer segments from customers' cross platform demographics and behavior.
  • Automate workflows and journeys across segments to welcome, engage, cross-sell, up-sell, reactivated our customers across markets.
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Creatives, Product, Sales and more to ensure successful delivery of strategy and communications.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and maintain relationships with external vendors.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 3-5 years of experience in setting up and running a successful CRM or loyalty program.
  • Expert knowledge working with CRM platform and lifecycle software.
  • Understand customer lifecycle and segmentation.
  • Strategic thinker and leader and comfortable to roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Communicative
  • Experience in growth stage company or fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
