About the Role:

A leading organization in the sports and entertainment industry is seeking a CRM Manager to support and enhance the daily operations of its Customer Relationship Management platform. This role is central to developing and executing customer engagement strategies and will be deeply embedded in the marketing function, working cross-functionally with teams including technology, creative, sales, and digital wagering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily CRM operations including system maintenance, data uploads, integrations, training, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement long-term email marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage CRM user administration including roles, permissions, onboarding, and access controls.
  • Create and maintain segmented mailing lists for targeted marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM and email software performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and anti-spam legislation.
  • Utilize consumer data to generate insights and inform digital engagement strategies.
  • Define and track CRM KPIs using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms.
  • Prepare and present digital performance reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.


Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in CRM and marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical background; comfort owning marketing data and reporting
  • Strategic thinker, commercially minded, and self-assured in marketing decisions
  • Experience in sports, hospitality, events, or entertainment is helpful but not required
