We're looking for a CRM Manager to join our marketing team and lead our player engagement initiatives, building loyalty, increasing player lifetime value, and driving retention through personalized, data-driven communications.


What You'll Do


  • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across multiple games and platforms.
  • Plan, create, and optimize player lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, win-back.
  • Segment players intelligently based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver highly personalized messaging.
  • Work closely with Product, Data, LiveOps, and Creative teams to align CRM campaigns with game events, feature launches, and content updates.
  • Build and manage automated marketing journeys.
  • Analyze and report on CRM performance, including open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, churn reduction, and LTV improvements; continuously optimize based on insights.
  • Experiment with A/B tests, multivariate testing, and data-driven hypothesis development to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection laws.


What You Bring


  • CRM/Retention Marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital B2C environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms - advantage.
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, customer segmentation, and personalization tactics.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker with a good sense for writing engaging copy and coordinating visual assets when needed.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities is a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with LiveOps, loyalty programs, or in-game events a plus.
