We are seeking a CRM Manager, Acquisition to drive customer engagement and growth in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that convert leads into loyal customers. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.


ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Build out lead gen capture in collaboration with DTC website team to increase CRM leads file for UK, France, Germany, and Spain
  • Increase CRM-driven DTC revenue by 10% YoY
  • Standardize CRM journeys, leveraging best practices from Americas CRM


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead CRM Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to engage, nurture, and convert prospects into subscribers and customers.
  • Email & Mobile Marketing: Plan, create, and optimize email, push notification, and SMS campaigns tailored to the French market.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize behavioral data and predictive analytics to deliver targeted and personalized messaging.
  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Implement automated workflows and drip campaigns that align with customer touchpoints and drive conversion.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key CRM KPIs, including open rates, conversion rates, and customer retention, and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global CRM team, digital marketing, product, and sales teams to align CRM efforts with broader acquisition initiatives.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Test different messaging, creative, and segmentation approaches to enhance campaign performance.
  • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure all communications adhere to GDPR regulations and email deliverability best practices.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in a DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the French consumer landscape and digital marketing trends.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Passion for Fitness: A strong interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a plus.
