Role OverviewThe CRM Manager, Acquisition at Function Health will lead the creation and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, and direct mail) aimed at driving new member signups. This role will work cross-functionally to craft targeted, data-driven messaging and constantly iterate on strategy through testing and performance analysis to optimize prospective member campaign conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns from concept to delivery across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail) to drive new member signups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Creative, and Analytics) and utilize customer insights to craft compelling, personalized messaging that resonates with prospective members.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders regularly.
- Own and prioritize the CRM roadmap for acquisition, aligning initiatives with business goals and KPIs based on estimated impact and effort.
- Test and iterate on lead capture strategies on-site to continuously optimize conversion rates and enhance the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement in CRM acquisition strategy by leveraging customer data, running A/B tests, and regular analysis to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM marketing, acquisition, or related roles, ideally within a subscription or membership environment.
- Proven experience in managing and executing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and/or direct mail channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage data for campaign optimization.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and quickly shift focus based on evolving business needs.
- Preferred: Technical proficiency with Iterable CRM platforms, marketing technology platforms, tracking, and analytics tools.
