Descrição Are you known for being good at customer loyalty? Do you have a solid understanding of CRM management? Then you've found your next professional project! We are recruiting a CRM & Loyalty Manager for a multinational technological company. Responsabilidades - Analyze the impact of email marketing and push notifications on CRM and understand the consumer journey; - Use customer analytics to optimize engagement and generate commercial value; - Test and define content matrix to deliver relevant messages and creativity in direct marketing channels; - Manage Rewards campaigns and prepare reports for improvement; - Prepare and analyze reports to enhance strategy and value proposition; - Support the implementation of global, European, and local projects. Requisitos - Degree in Digital Marketing; - 3 years of experience in CRM & Loyalty roles; - Portuguese and English fluency. Spanish is a plus; - Knowledge and expertise in MS Excel (advanced level); - Strong knowledge about segmentation, customer behaviour and loyalty programs; - Strong sales drive; - Residence in Lisbon.
