Are you passionate about turning customer data into actionable insights? We're looking for a CRM Data Analyst to help us better understand and engage our customer base through smart reporting, campaign analysis, and data-driven support for key business initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Analyze and report on customer base evolution, helping the business make informed decisions;
Deliver performance reports for Call Center and Net Promoter Score (NPS) trends;
Run and evaluate SMS campaigns targeting specific customer groups;
Provide support for the GDPR permissions collection initiative in stores;
Contribute to the ARES Program by updating data (closed companies, former employees, key accounts), sending SMS notifications, and preparing related reports and evaluations.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of Retail / Wholesale business operations (METRO experience is a big plus);
Experience or strong interest in SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery and Looker;
Strong communication and collaboration skills – you enjoy working with others across functions;
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and business processes;
Interest in both data analysis and understanding the business logic behind CRM activities.
