Responsibilities Manage and oversee our CRM and BI systems to ensure they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and marketing results. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement. Work closely with the sales, pedagogical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and use of CRM tools. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on CRM and BI best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and BI trends and technologies to keep us ahead of the curve. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field. Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Management Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong CRM and BI systems knowledge, with hands-on experience in managing these tools. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience using AI tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in English. Native English, Spanish, French, or German speakers are highly valuable.
