7 For All Mankind is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support our CRM strategy and play a key role in shaping customer engagement and retention.
🔍 What you'll do:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of our CRM platform
- Build and manage segmented and compliant email lists
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns in collaboration with marketing
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Create and optimize marketing automation workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business teams
- Conduct customer surveys and support lead generation initiatives
🎯 What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Teamsystem, Listrak)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Proactive and data-driven approach
