Job Summary

We seek a passionate and proactive CRM Consultant to join our dynamic and international team. As a CRM Consultant, you will deliver and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, provide clients with high-quality business and software services, and ensure that all implementations align with project goals and best practices. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design sustainable solutions, and guide them through their CRM transformation journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions to clients.
  • Provide high-quality business and software application consulting services.
  • Develop and deliver sustainable, scalable, high-performance CRM solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of projects following HSO’s Project Methodology and best practices.
  • Understand customer expectations and provide expert advice on CRM strategies and solutions.
  • Identify project risks and proactively mitigate or escalate them as necessary.
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to report project progress and challenges.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and requirement gathering.
  • Actively advise clients on industry best practices and help them optimize their CRM processes.
  • Represent the company with a professional and positive attitude in all engagements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (N3/N2 level or higher).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, able to take responsibility and work independently.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) or other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Prior experience in business consulting, IT solutions, or system integration is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management strategies across different industries.
