About the role We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join a leading North American eCommerce Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative marketing strategies using automation software to enhance lead generation, sales, and improve customer retention for a well-known company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Technology, and Data Foundations teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical CRM requirements
• Develop campaign blueprints and CRM scenarios in Bloomreach
• Profile, verify, and validate source data for accurate campaign execution
• Create and execute test cases to ensure data accuracy in Bloomreach
• Provide guidance on campaign tagging and data transformations
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to leadership
  
  

Requirements

• Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, Michigan
• Must have 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CRM analytics
• Must have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with SQL querying, using tools like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Experience with Bloomreach or other SaaS marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources into dashboards and reports
