Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new software platform.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the platform meets business requirements.
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development efforts.
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state workflows enabled by the platform.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring defects are resolved.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Any Dynamics certification is a must. Any Cloud Certification would be preferred.
Primary Skills
Senior stakeholder management
Working knowledge of CRM / contact centre processes space, not necessary Dynamics 365 knowledge
Working knowledge of IT architecture, data model, business modelling
Awareness of application rationalisation approaches for their legacy apps (light touch only at this stage)

Ensure that User Acceptance Testing takes place for all deliverables and support any associated testing activities
Support the delivery of suitable solutions which meet business requirements
Use the appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting surveys to capture requirements accurately
Carry out Business Analysis activities on one or more change initiatives, delivering requirements specifications capable of being used to develop IT based services (bespoke software solutions, third party products and cloud-based solutions);
Translating business needs into specific requirements including UI design; Data models; Business procedural changes and Interface designs
Ensure thorough use of the Requirements Engineering model including elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability of requirements
