We are looking for a professional who will support CRM projects/communication to enhance client database as well as build client engagement and omnichannel experience for all CRM touchpoints in Local/Travel retail/Online Channels

What Impact You Can Create At Chanel
Key project
Handle global/regional client data collection/ integration project
Responsible for client journey/experience and data client flow particularly for client registration from end-to-end for main touchpoints i.e. Ipad registration, Line registration, POS, BA tools, .com, etc.
Execute UAT and proceed change requests for each concerned touchpoints
Review and clean up client data for data accuracy and also implement new way of client data collection/integration for concerned process and system
Manage client data/consent update through CRM communication tools i.e. SMS, icoco task push, Direct mail, etc.
Support CRM team for launching CRM campaigns through CRM communication tools i.e. SMS, icoco task push, Direct mail, etc. and track performance for improvement as well as submit report to regional team by request
Create monthly analysis reports to update CRM campaign performance
Monitor and update competitors’ marketing/CRM campaigns
Cooperate with regional teams(Data team, Regional CRM & Digital team), external vendors, internal local teams (Marketing team, Product team, Retail team, DSM, IT, etc.) to ensure all projects run smoothly
Support any other responsibilities are related with business driven through CRM/ omnichannel activities and other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferably at least 2 years experience in marketing, client interface, client experience or client journey. CRM experience is highly advantageious.
Expeirence from retail, e-commerce, platform industry with familiarity with client data will be a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill and be able to understand and commute both technical and business languages.
Strong Problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems with attention to details.
Strong command of both Thai and English (will work with both the local & the regional team).
*Able to start with a 10-month contract with possiblity for renewal review.
