Our Client a global leading Healthcare company is looking for a CRM/SFE and Insights Manager


Tasks

  • Make sure the sales team has the right tools, processes, and support to do their job well.
  • Track sales performance and share useful insights to help the business make smart decisions.
  • Manage the CRM system, keep data clean, and support the team in using it correctly.
  • Work closely with other teams like Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT to stay aligned.
  • Take care of the budget for CRM and sales tools, making sure everything runs smoothly and follows the rules.


Profile

  • Over five years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce-based platforms such as Veeva and IQVIA.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid background in using data analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Proven expertise in customer segmentation, sales analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable and efficient in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
