About Us

Join CRM Analytics, a vital part of Customer Engagement Personal Customers in Denmark. As part of Personal Customer DK, we contribute to the commercial strategy across various business areas within the 'go to market value chain'. In alignment with Danske Bank’s ambitious Forward ’28 strategy, Customer Engagement PC DK operates through Commercial Teams. These teams focus on optimising existing commercial activities and introducing new products and services. Each team comprises 9-10 members with specialised expertise, collectively working to assist our customers and enhance the bank's value. Our teams include professionals from Marketing, Communications, and Customer Engagement PC DK, collaborating across functions alongside specialists from other parts of the organisation.

About The Role

We are seeking a CRM Analyst to join our Assets commercial team, contributing to the commercial strategy associated with savings, investment, and pension. As a member of CRM Analytics, a team of 10 dedicated CRM Analysts, you will be responsible for personalised sales and marketing execution, continuously enhancing all commercial activities. We are passionate about improving customer experiences, and we deeply value collaboration.

You will:

  • Set up and execute personalised campaigns for personal customers in Danske Bank DK.
  • Conduct customer-related analysis to ensure communication is targeted, timely, and relevant.
  • Contribute to Danske Bank’s ambitious Forward ’28 strategy, focusing on marketing automation and personalisation.
  • Build and refine customer journeys to optimise engagement and satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a highly skilled and committed individual in the CRM field to deliver effective CRM analytics. You should have experience in CRM analysis, with a background in engaging multiple stakeholders, reporting to management, and supporting change.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Skills in setting up communication flows and customer journeys
  • Analytical skills and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with SAS or SQL programming
  • A commitment to learning and growth
  • A relevant educational background
  • Proficiency in English language skills
