• Ensuring compliance with direct tax laws and regulations
• Performing due diligence for various business transactions
• Providing advisory services on tax planning and compliance
• Perform detailed review of audit documentation and financial statements
• Prepare tax computations, returns, and reports for clients
• Assist in due diligence assignments for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations
• MIS Development & Reporting
• Quarterly & Monthly review of books
• Conduct Internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, compliance and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
  
  

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Minimum 3 year of post-qualification experience in audit
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and direct tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
