Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across tech-led financial products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams engineering, product, QA, and client-facing teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple lending-tech products or modules (LMS, onboarding flows, APIs, portals, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and sprint-level tasks.
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure clear documentation, timely escalation, and risk management across delivery cycles.
• Manage client expectations and ensure on-time, defect-free releases for new features or enhancements.
• Liaise with internal tech and product teams, external fintech partners, and compliance stakeholders.
• Implement strong QA practices define test cases, support UAT, and ensure successful go-lives.
• Track project health via dashboards and proactively drive resolution of roadblocks.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, resource planning, and post-release performance monitoring.
  
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• 36 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or financial services SaaS.
• Strong understanding of APIs, BRD/FSD creation, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL, API testing, and understanding of Agile/SDLC lifecycle.
• Exposure to digital lending, account onboarding, workflow automation, or banking integrations (preferred).
• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner are a plus.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with LOS/LMS systems, UPI stacks, or core banking APIs.
• Past work with regulatory features (KYC, UIDAI, NACH mandates, etc.)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for reporting project metrics
