We are currently seeking for a Credit Controller, in this role you will be responsible for Credit Control and Debt collection, keeping an active relationship with Brokers to facilitate issues resolution.

This position reports to the Operations Lead.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Responsible for the Credit Control and Debt Collection
• Process financial broker information
• Monitor of premiums that fall due / overdue
• Reconciliation of brokers’ statement/payments
• Monitor unallocated receipts
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress collection process
• Liaise with team responsible for Premium Booking/Resolving Discrepancies
• Accelerate the collection process on aged debt and monthly/yearly target KPIs
• Engage with brokers on a regular basis to establish rapport and facilitate issues resolution
• Monthly reporting of credit control balance analysis to Senior Credit Controller
• Ad Hoc projects as may be directed by Regional Credit Control Manager
