We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Control Manager to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing our credit control and accounts receivable functions while ensuring effective risk management and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee credit control functions by leading the Group's credit control and accounts receivable teams, supervising their daily activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Implement and uphold credit control policies and measures to effectively manage credit risk and recover accounts receivable.
• Monitor credit risk exposure through conducting periodic credit reviews of existing customers, evaluating the creditworthiness of potential clients, and arranging necessary credit insurance.
• Perform financial planning and analysis by engaging in forecasting account receivable recovery, monitoring Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and account aging, as well as assessing expected credit losses.
• Oversee the trade receivable related financing arrangement with bankers including factoring and invoice financing, etc
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum of 7 years of solid experience with credit management, accounts receivable oversight, risk assessment, and financial analysis in finance and credit control.
• In-depth knowledge of credit management principles and practices
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work effectively with other departments
• Positive attitude and a collaborative personality
