Salary: $33.25 to $38.50 hourly
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Project Manager to support our finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, leading a team, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Collections, Disputes and Accounts Payable
Attend collections portfolio reviews, track action items by weekly follow ups
Review ageing report and assist with account reconciliations
Review open disputes and work with the team to reduce the amount of outstanding disputes
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in credit and collections, dispute resolution, AR and/or AP role (3-5 years preferred)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in GetPaid and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables); experience with SAP is a plus
Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
