Job Summary

This position is responsible for administering, monitoring and maintaining the credentialing and re-credentialing process of providers and allied health professionals; facilitates all aspects of ICHS credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, payer credentialing, and clinical privileging for providers. This position ensures compliance with the appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies, while developing a working knowledge of the regulations relating to credentialing privileging.

Education - Bachelor’s degree required. May substitute an additional four years relevant work experience for the required degree.

Experience - 3 years of general credentialing experience required, including one year in health care preferred.
