What We Need

We’re looking for a sharp, inventive, and highly collaborative creative strategist to lead the charge on RFPs and new business pitches. This Director-level role is dedicated to building culturally resonant, insight-driven campaign strategies and creative narratives that win new business. You’ll act as the connect between creative, strategy, and business development, owning the strategic and conceptual vision from brief to final deck.

  • Solid knowledge of best practices within the earned media, paid media, influencer and celebrity
  • Deeply informed on cultural, digital, and consumer trends that can inform pitch narratives and future-forward thinking.
  • Fluency with interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively- thrives in a fast-paced always changing environment.
  • A strategic thinker with creative instincts—you’re just as comfortable writing a positioning line as you are shaping a full campaign concept.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive under tight deadlines.
  • Positive energy and a “let’s win this” mindset to every pitch.
  • Proven experience in pitching and winning new business—you know what it takes to sell a bold idea.
  • 8–12 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing at an agency or in-house brand.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead RFP responses from a creative and strategic POV—translating briefs into compelling narratives, big ideas, and culturally aligned platforms.
  • Work closely with creative and insights teams to develop custom pitch strategies tailored to each prospective client’s needs, goals, and category.
  • Drive and shape the pitch process—from insight gathering and positioning to creative concepts and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the output is aligned with strategic objectives and differentiated from competitors.
  • Participate in brainstorms, internal reviews, and pitch presentations, often serving as the lead voice of the creative strategy.
  • Build decks that are clear, coherent, and make a creative impact
