The Role


We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can think in campaigns, moodboards, storyboards, and grids, and also translate business goals into brilliant creative direction.

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, design, content, and marketing, leading the visual and narrative direction of what we put out, every day.


This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Heads of Content & Design, Project Managers, and marketing teams (internal and client-side) to ensure every campaign, video, email, blog, and Instagram grid not only looks great — but has a point of view.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Planning & Campaign Development


  • Translate loose marketing prompts into fully developed content plans and campaign ideas
  • Own the creative strategy behind all seasonal, cultural, and product-driven moments, from ideation to execution
  • Create reference decks, moodboards, storyboards, and shot outlines to guide the design, video, and photography teams
  • Lead brainstorms for product launches, email flows, blog content, and social series


Content Direction & Visual Strategy


  • Define the creative approach for social media, blogs, newsletters, and performance marketing content
  • Ensure brand voice, visual tone, and storytelling are consistent and evolving across all assets
  • Propose new formats, styles, and visual treatments that keep content fresh and competitive
  • Identify when and how to push creative boundaries — and when to keep it clean and conversion-driven


Collaboration & Team Empowerment


  • Work closely with the Head of Content and Head of Design to brief and direct the creative team
  • Partner with the Creative Director to evolve Arbot’s creative standards and client outputs
  • Act as a bridge between the marketing input and the creative execution team
  • Help guide and upskill junior creatives by setting clear expectations and sharing structured feedback


Platform Awareness & Trend Sensitivity


  • Keep a pulse on content trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and blogs
  • Stay updated on industry benchmarks, competitor campaigns, and viral moments — and apply them intelligently
  • Help Arbot become a content studio that leads the conversation, not just follows it


Who You Are


  • 4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, or content creation (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio or track record of work that shows you know how to create compelling campaigns across platforms
  • Fluent in visual language: you know what makes a great video edit, blog layout, carousel post, or landing page
  • Experience writing or guiding visual copy is a huge plus
  • A self-starter with a solution-first attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback — and turning insights into improvements


Bonus if you have


  • Experience working with lifestyle, consumer, or tech brands
  • A strong eye for typography, motion, and photo/video direction
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Asana, Notion, or AI creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • The ability to think like a marketer and act like a creative director
