Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, dynamic Social Media Manager who thrives on developing and executing engaging content for multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can create, curate, and manage compelling social content, staying ahead of trends and consistently driving engagement while enhancing brand

presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging and creative content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, design, and maintain a content calendar that schedules posts for all relevant platforms and ensures consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, and incorporate the latest social media trends into creative campaigns.
  • Brand Voice & Aesthetics: Maintain and amplify the brand’s voice and aesthetics across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and cohesion in tone, imagery, and messaging.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active, engaged online community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including giveaways, collaborations, and influencer partnerships, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns (likes, shares, comments, etc.), generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar creative digital role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative social media content (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
  • Expertise in social media platforms, management tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas for social media content.
  • Excellent visual and design sense, with proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
