The Role:

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in graphic design or previous experience in a design or advertising agency, who is adept at managing multiple projects and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Engage with customers, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction
• Project Management: Delegate tasks to designers, perform thorough quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing design projects
• Financial Handling: Oversee invoicing, monitor payment updates
• Team Expansion: Search for and test new designers, facilitating their integration into our team
• LinkedIn Marketing: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence by creating and posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and building connections.
• Biz Development Support: Assist with prospecting and qualifying leads and partners interactions
• Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager, ideally with a background in graphic design or having worked in a design/advertising agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in managing financial and administrative tasks.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time, independent contractor position with the flexibility of working remotely.
