Job Title: Creative Head – Social Media & Performance Marketing

Location:  101, 1st Floor, Park Plaza, Porwal Road, Charholi Budrukh, Pune, Maharashtra - 412105

Experience: 1-3 Years

Department: Marketing / Creative

Reports to: Head of Marketing / Creative Director

Salary:- Up to 4 LPA + 2 LPA Performance Based Bonus


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Head to lead and inspire our creative team with a strong focus on social media and performance-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand communication, conceptualizing high-impact visuals and copy, and ensuring creative assets align with marketing goals and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative campaigns across social media, digital, and paid media platforms.
  • Client interaction and management.
  • Handling the team of content writer, graphic designer and developer
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to align creatives with data-driven strategies and performance metrics.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, video editors, and external agencies/freelancers to deliver top-tier creative assets.
  • Analyze and optimize creatives based on campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms/technologies.
  • Manage and mentor a small to mid-sized creative team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative leadership or senior creative role, ideally within a digital or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, social media content, and performance-oriented creatives.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization of creatives is a plus.

  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience working in eCommerce, D2C, or digital-first brands.
    • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
    • Exposure to influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
