About The Role
WeMod is looking for a
Creative Director to bring world-class visual storytelling to life across every marketing touchpoint, from stunning 3D animation in our video ads to beautifully designed email and social campaigns that feel crafted, not templated.
In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our creative engine, not just making great work happen, but building the systems that power it at scale. You'll partner with motion designers, video editors, illustrators, and graphic designers to produce bold, eye-catching content that performs. From cinematic trailers to thumb-stopping social posts, you’ll ensure every asset reflects the premium quality and polish gamers expect from WeMod.
This role blends creative taste with operational excellence. You’ll design and lead the processes that let our creative team move fast without breaking things, manage a growing network of creatives, and ensure we ship work that’s on-brand, on-brief, and on-time, every time.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of six-figure creative budgets across ads, email, and social, ensuring every dollar translates into high-impact visual storytelling
- Build the engine behind WeMod’s marketing creative: design streamlined systems for asset production, feedback, QA, and launch
- Own the full creative pipeline from brief to delivery, including timelines, tooling, asset management, and performance feedback loops
- Manage a growing bench of top-tier freelance creatives (motion designers, video editors, illustrators, and graphic designers) to execute a wide variety of content
- Drive the development of cinematic video ads, beautifully branded email campaigns, and scroll-stopping social visuals that resonate with millions of gamers
- Partner closely with Growth and Brand teams to translate strategy into world-class creative across channels and formats
- Implement creative ops tooling (Frame.io, Airtable, Figma, Notion) that supports collaboration, speed, and scale
- Ensure every asset is optimized for performance, reflects our evolving brand identity, and hits the bar for premium gaming aesthetics
- Continuously refine and improve creative processes to move faster without sacrificing quality
What You Need
- 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production, or marketing project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ad formats across Meta, YouTube, display, and lifecycle/email channels
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for both detail and design
- Experience managing contractors or freelance creatives for content production
- Proficiency with tools like Frame.io, Figma, Google Drive, and project management platforms
- A bias for action — you’re comfortable owning outcomes and moving fast
