A Creative Designer is responsible for designing and developing visual elements and multimedia content for websites, digital media, and other digital platforms, not limited to social media, mobile apps, branding, and marketing materials.

The role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX) design, multimedia production techniques, and web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities – Creative Designer

• Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing websites and digital content for social media platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Create and edit graphics, images, and other digital assets using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ensure that all designs and multimedia content meet accessibility, usability, and responsiveness standards.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and optimize designs for maximum impact on social media audiences.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, web development technologies, and multimedia production techniques.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including boosted posts and paid advertisements.
• An educational background in a related field is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in web design, multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a web and multimedia designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design and multimedia projects.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, GoDaddy, and WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, user experience design, and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
